Package Tour: This is an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. We shall proceed with
your booking once we have received the payment from you, and if we are not able to get the original
hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

Booking Process & Payment: As per the booking policy as soon as you are ready to proceed
with the reservations, you will be required to pay 50% of the total tour cost as an advance payment.
If you have any Flight or Train booking request then apart from the 50% of the tour price, you would
also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued. After receiving the advance
payment, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, flight tickets and start making
necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once booking is done, a reservation status
will be sent to you by email and the you will be required to pay balance 50% of the tour cost.
Peak season: During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year from 15 Dec to 10 Jan, Festivity
Holidays) the cost will be calculated as per prevaling rates & full Payment is required in advance
for the booking of hotel or resort. The proposed hotels are subjected to availability.
Amendment to a booked Tour: We do not advise for any changes in the confirmed arrangements
because it will be considered as cancellation. But if you need to make changes in the arrangements
already confirmed, we will try to do all possible efforts to accommodate the changes as requested. But
all are subjected to availability of various services of the tour. However, the changes will be as per
cancellation policy and subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges. If any advance
payment is already made to Hotel, resort, Flight/train or other services then cancellation charges
will be applicable and we shall advise the amended rates on new requirements.
Cancellation Policy: We would deeply regret for your cancellation of Tour/Travel services due
to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect
the day it is received by us. If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of
whatsoever reasons or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the
Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client as per below cancellation policy.
The following cancellation charges will apply: - 30 days prior to arrival - 40% of the tour/service
cost. 29 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 60% of the tour/service cost. 9 days & less, prior to
arrival or no show - 100% of the tour/service cost.
Unused services: For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals
etc. We do not bear any responsibility to refund. For high/peak season bookings (from 15th Dec to 15th
Jan or any long weekend/festivity holidays/summer vacation) - please note that if the booking for high
peak season is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for the said
cancellation. Paid transaction fee or bank charges amount will not be considered in refundable amount.
Refund: In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled
in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described
above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please
note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures. Refund process may take
more time depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. If
the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited
from the refund amount.
Arrival and Departure Policy: Check-In Timings: 12 NOON. Early check-in is subject to
availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous
night. Checkout Timings: 12 NOON. Late checkout is on request and subject to availability / Payment.
Extra Usage of Vehicle: Vehicle is provided as per the Itinerary. So please note that the
cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and
hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is
mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.
Child Policy: If Child is less than 5 years (Infant ) No Charges. If the child is 5-12 years
& extra bed is required, the charges will be same as for adult Extra Person.
